Level 1 Teacher Training

Whether you are looking to inspire others or focus on self-enrichment, BREATHE Power Yoga's Level 1 teacher training program will give you the tools you need to develop the confidence to lead a yoga class in person or virtually or continue to expand your personal self-awareness journey.

Training sessions will be held on the following dates* from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm:

*We know life can get in the way of good intentions and we will work with you to schedule make-up for up to one full session.
